Refunds & Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
Goods will not be accepted for return unless other than in accordance with clause 8.13 has been complied. See Terms & Conditions
Goods to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging and the Customer must not have used the Goods in any way.
If the Seller accepts a return of the Goods, the Seller may in its absolute discretion issue a credit note to the Customer instead of replacing the Goods.
